During Co-op Week 2024 organized by the Conseil québécois de la coopération et de la mutualité (CQCM), it is important to reconnect with our mutualist roots and the values of cooperation, of mutual aid and solidarity, which are the foundations of Promutuel Insurance. These values continue to guide how we do business every day. 

In this fifth episode of On jase LÀ, entitled Promutuel Insurance: 172 years of cooperation based on mutualist values, Stéphane Gasse talks with our guests, Yvan Rose, president of Groupe Promutuel and treasurer of the CQCM board of directors, and Lyne Gagné, vice-president, Communications and Public Affairs at Promutuel Insurance, on the importance of fostering and highlighting these values in building a better, fairer and more sustainable world.

Yvan Rose has been the president of Groupe Promutuel since April 2018. Previously, he worked for Promutuel Insurance Boréale for 36 years, first as financial controller, then general manager. Mr. Rose sits on several boards of directors and has been involved in a wide range of professional and volunteer activities, particularly in his community.

Lyne Gagné boasts over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector and joined the Promutuel Insurance team as vice-president, Communications and Public Affairs. She is responsible for rolling out the internal and external communications strategy, as well as helping Promutuel Insurance stand out in its industry. She is also responsible for managing mutuality-related cases and developing philanthropic partnerships.
