  1. Make sure you are safe

    • If someone is injured, call 911 right away
    • In the case of a car accident, remember to fill out a joint report
  2. Prepare the information needed for your claim

    • Joint report and police or firefighter report
    • Photos of the incident if possible
    • Contact information for the parties involved
  3. Tell us what happened

    • All you need to do to submit your claim is answer a few questions about the incident
    • The more information we have, the easier it is for our experts to properly assess the situation and meet your needs.
