We recently participated in the 43rd annual Baie-Saint-Paul Rendez-vous de la santé. It was a great opportunity to enjoy the spring by taking on a 5 km challenge. Our team was also on hand at the 10- and 22-km marks of the longer course to provide participants with refreshments.
