Promutuel Insurance Chaudière-Appalaches is proud to announce the launch of the 4th edition of its In the Heart of Your Community program. Through April 18, insured members of the mutual company are invited to submit an inspiring project from an organization dedicated to supporting the well-being of its community. Selected organizations will receive funding to support their projects.
“In keeping with our important mission as a proud local mutual, we are delighted to launch another edition of this program, which shows we are attentive to social concerns and demonstrates our commitment to the community,” said Anne Vaillancourt, General Manager, Promutuel Insurance Chaudière-Appalaches. “We are proud to share that since the program’s inception in 2021, our insured members have awarded a total of $1,320,155 to various local organizations to carry out key projects,” she added.
Submit a project
Only insured members of Promutuel Insurance Chaudière-Appalaches are entitled to submit projects from eligible organizations by April 18. Program details and the application form are available here.
Eligible projects will be reviewed by a selection committee and voted on by the public from May 15 to 26. The amounts allocated for each selected project will be determined based on the committee’s deliberations and the public vote. The project with the most votes will be recognized as the People’s Choice and will be featured in a one-page report in a weekly newspaper of the organization’s choice. The results will be revealed this summer.
