Promutuel Insurance announces reorganization of CEO's office to drive growth and transformation
Québec City, January 13, 2022 – Promutuel Insurance, known for its agility, innovative culture, and outstanding service to insureds, today announced a reorganization within the CEO’s office. The move aims to speed up the company’s growth and unlock transformation in a market where Promutuel Insurance plans to stand out from the crowd, now and in the future.
Changes announced by Promutuel Insurance CEO Mme Geneviève Fortier include:
- Consolidation of insurance and reinsurance operations under the leadership of Guy Lecours, who becomes Senior Vice-President for Insurance and Reinsurance, with responsibility for the following three teams: Supply Management and Actuarial Services led by Katherine Jacques, Member Experience and Compensation led by Alain Le Put, and a new Underwriting team led by Linda Gosselin
- Immediate hiring of a Vice-President for Sales, Distribution, and Strategic Partnerships to work on profitable growth and take over the role previously held by Guy Lecours
- Creation of a Transformation Office within the Human Capital and Transformation team to accelerate implementation of a stream of initiatives to update the business model and governance. At the helm of the transformation project is Geneviève Hamel who will soon be supported by a new Assistant Vice-President for Human Capital.
