In the Heart of Your Community

Congratulations to Le Versant for receiving $5,670 to conduct nature immersion workshops for children aged 5 to 11 living with anxiety disorders.

The workshop will also provide the children with tools to help them cope better with anxiety-provoking situations: how to manage their emotions, learn to communicate with those around them, assert themselves, and increase their self-confidence and self-esteem.
