Nominations for Member Experience Day
On October 1, Promutuel Insurance Deux-Montagnes unveiled the names of the employees who have distinguished themselves on a daily basis within the organization for the year 2024. The recipients of the We Care About the Member Experience award for 2024 are:
- Élizabeth Rousseau, Consumer Property and Casualty Insurance Officer;
- Véronique Grenier, Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Officer;
- Georges Vigneault, Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Officer.
Congratulations to Élizabeth, Véronique and Georges! Thank you for contributing to the success of Promutuel Insurance Deux-Montagnes by providing an exceptional experience for each and every insured member of the Mutual Company.
To mark this International Member Experience Day, and to thank all Promutuel Insurance Deux-Montagnes employees for their undeniable contribution, a number of surprises were in store, including fruit salad, cupcakes, coffee with flavoured creams, sparkling wine, chocolates and various prizes.
Needless to say, it was a lot of fun!
