Geneviève Hamel Senior Vice-President – Human Capital and Transformation

As Senior Vice-President – Human Capital and Transformation, she oversees all aspects of human resources, including attracting, retaining, and developing talent and recognizing the value each person brings to the table. Her goal is to make sure Promutuel Insurance has the people it needs to pursue its mission of offering a distinctive member experience that has a positive and lasting impact on communities.

A committed leader, Geneviève champions openness, authenticity, and transparency. As a member of the board of directors of Cégep de Sainte-Foy, Geneviève knows the importance of youth development and high-quality education. For her, education is like a seed that will eventually blossom into the citizens of tomorrow, the people who will shape our organizations and communities.

Geneviève holds a specialized master’s degree in human resources as well as a degree in business administration from Université Laval. With an approach centred on engagement, personal development, and the creation and implementation of strategies that create value, Geneviève has a strong hand in shaping the future.
