The Small Claims Division of the Court of Québec, commonly called “Small Claims Court,” is a quick, cost-effective solution that allows people to represent themselves before the court, without an attorney, for disputes under $15,000.

If you have to go to Small Claims Court, Juripro will allow you to get professional assistance in preparing your case for covered disputes, subject to the conditions set out in the Table of maximum payable amounts, or up to $125/hour and not to exceed $500, for claims of $3,000 to $15,000.
